Before carrying out maintenance on the bending machine, align the upper mold with the lower mold and then put it down and shut down until the work is completed. If startup or other operations are required, manual mode should be selected. The specific maintenance and upkeep work for each component of the bending machine is as follows:
1、 Hydraulic oil circuit
1. Check the oil level in the fuel tank every week, and add hydraulic oil in a timely manner if the oil level is below the oil window;
2. After 2000 hours of operation, the new machine needs to be replaced with oil, and the frequency of replacement will be higher in the future. Before changing the oil, ensure that the fuel tank is clean and free of debris;
3. The system oil temperature should be maintained between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, never exceeding 70 ℃, as excessive temperature can cause deterioration and damage to the oil quality and accessories.
2、 Filter
1. Every time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
2. If the machine tool has related alarms or other abnormal filters such as unclean oil quality, they should be replaced;
3. The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably replaced every year.
Other parts should also be properly maintained according to relevant maintenance matters to ensure that they can be used for a long time.
